These Pokemon are not of any species known to the four generic regions, and yet they are not completely new species either. These Pokemon have mutated, somehow getting DNA from two or more different Pokemon, and creating a new species of sorts. They have multiplied through breeding, and can be caught in the wild in various places throughout the regions, just like the new species unique to Laokia and Aryll.
