Section 1: General Laws
Article A- Killing
The killing of another is a capital crime, and is punishable to the highest extent of the law. Penalty can range from a massive fine to a life sentence in prison. This includes the killing of Pokemon, Poke'Morphs, and Humans. The killing of a mother who carries a child is considered a double murder.
Article B- Theivery
Stealing the property of another is prohibited and punishable by law. Penalty can range from a minor fine to a jail sentence. This includes stealing from Pokemon, Poke'Morphs, and Humans.
Article C- Kidnapping/Poaching
Kidnapping and Poaching are prohibited and punishable to the highest extent of the law. Penalty can range from a massive fine to up to 25 years in jail. This includes the kidnapping of Humans, Poke'Morphs, and human-owned Pokemon, and of course the poaching* of any Pokemon.
Article D- Bribary/Blackmail
Bribary and blackmail are prohibited and punishable by law. Any such act of bribing another, or of accepting a bribe for illegal purposes** can enact a penalty ranging from a minor fine to a jail sentence. This includes Poke'Morphs and Humans.
Section 2: Restrictions
***Article E- Level Restrictions
There are level restrictions on Pokemon, and it is punishable by law to use a Pokemon that does not meet the restriction requirements. Punishment can range from a warning to time in jail. Restrictions do not apply in severe circumstances where life may be in danger, or when faced with evil. Tokens of accomplishment are required to prove that one is capable of handling their Pokemon at given levels. These tokens include Gym Badges, Contest Ribbons, and Ranger Rank Medals.
Article F- Legendary Restrictions
Using legendary Pokemon in battle is a minor offence, but is punishable by law as they can be considered an unfair advantage. Penalties can range from a waning to a fine, but time in jail is possible. This does not apply if the opponent agrees to the use of the legendary, or if facing a serious situation where another, or oneself, may be in danger.
