[/u]Review Rules
Alright, just to prevent unecessary spam and fighting in the review boards, there will be some basic rules.
*) All reviews/discussions/etc should be placed in the appropriate board. Do not post topics about movies in the books board, and so forth.
1) When posting a review, be sure to identify it as such. The title should state that it is a review, along with basic info of the item you are reviewing (listed below). Discussion should not take place in review threads, but if you want to review an item that already has a thread, please post your review there rather than create a new one.
2) Try to be a little detailed in your reviews. Giving a 10/10 or 1/10 doesn't tell anyone much. At least give a brief explination on why the score was given. Here a few things you can cover:
Books-
Movies-
TV Shows-
Video Games-
Music-
3) Try to include as few spoilers as possible. If you must include spoilers, try to put them in spoiler tags so that people are aware that you might ruin something for them.
4) When starting a new thread for a review, use the appropriate format for the thread title.
Game Review
Review | {Game System} - Game Name
(Please use Abbreviated Form of the game system names - PS3, DS, Wii, X-Box, Etc.)
Book Review[/u]
Review | Book/Series Title - {Author}
Movie Review[/u]
Review | Movie Title - {Year of release}
TV Show Review[/u]
Review | TV Show/Series Title - {Start Date - End Date (If applicable)}
Music Review[/u]
Review | Song Title - {Genre - Artist - Year of Release}
5) Stating again because this is important: When a thread already exists for the title you are writing a review for- simply post it in the current thread.
