Description
Chiwa are tiny dogs, that constantly shake. Their tail is just a tiny red bulb that can warn others when it is feeling an extreme emotion, like fear, rage or happiness by making its tail glowing. The seaweed like ‘scarf’ flails around constantly when they move being a great target for electrical attacks since it is also soaked like the rest of Chiwas’ bodies.
About
They are very fearful creatures, and are dependent on trainers like toddlers to their parents. They are always very emotional and can feed off of others emotions, falling into the same emotional state. When they are battling, however, they tend to forget their size and attack full force for no apparent reason.

Description
They have two flailing seaweed-like ‘scarves’ that are always damp like their bodies, which are set targets for thunder and lightning. Their tails have a weak point at the end which change color depending on the pokemon’s mood. They are based on wolves and large dogs, especial water dogs and life-guard dogs. It is also slightly inspired by hippos.
About
Very confident and playful, they love to work and are quite aggressive and naïve. They like chasing their tails and ‘scaves’ which cause them to either run in circles or do like to roll around on the ground. They are very high-maintenance, when it comes to giving them attention, keeping them in line, and their medical care. They will try to eat anything they are curious about, even small pokemon if you aren’t careful! They are loyal however, and love to work if trained well.
