Name OriginRocaw comes more obviously from the sound a crow makes: caw, while the ‘roc’ comes from both the family ‘corvidea’ and the genus ‘corvus’ as well as crow, and rook, and Corvus Corax, the scientific name for the common raven, which it also comes from (‘CO’mmon ‘R’aven) which are all birds that Rocaw is based on. Area Found- just about everywhere, forests, plains, deserts, towns, cities, villages, even on the lower slopes of mountains and cool bases of volcanoes. anywhere where there is food.
