They usually drag behind the pokemon but will fluff them up to impress each other and other pokemon. Vibrating their tails may cause their predators and opponents to become confused. Psychological state:They are usually cheerful and friendly but can be very timid at times around things bigger than them, flailing their tailf feathers to confuse them before making a break for it. Name OriginTheir name comes from Plume, perfume, and Pea, as in peafowl, a bird which males grow long large tails to impress females.
