ARE THE RULES OVER YET!?!?!?
Almost! Just hang in there, these are the last rules that you will have to read before you can move on to creating your character. These are also quite important, though they should be shorter than the other three rule sets. Here we go!
For starters, Pokemon and People can communicate with one another here in the Laokia Region. That is, if you WANT your character to be able to understand Poke-speak. It is all up to you! If your character cannot understand Poke-speak, then you just need to use quotation marks. If they can understand, then you must use < >, ~ ~, * *, > <, ^ ^, - -, / \, \ /, \ \, / /, | |, italics, bold, or color to make it stand out.
Example:
[li]"Pika, chu pika pi?"
[/li][li]<Hey, how are you?>Almost! Just hang in there, these are the last rules that you will have to read before you can move on to creating your character. These are also quite important, though they should be shorter than the other three rule sets. Here we go!

Pokemon can learn up to six moves at a time. Whenever a Pokemon can learn a new move, but already knows six, you must decide which move to get rid of. You can get rid of HM moves without having to go to a Move Deleter, though you will have to go to a Move Tutor to learn any moves that your Pokemon has forgotten (unless you get them in a TM or HM).
As stated in the General Rules, your character can have up to six Pokemon in their party at any one time, while they can store an unlimited amount in the PC. Pokemon in the PC can be switched out with party Pokemon in a Pokemon Center, or via the Pokedex. However, Pokemon cannot be switched out of a PC during a battle.
Pokemon that normally evolve by using stones will still evolve by using that stone. The same thing goes for Pokemon who evolve at a certain level if they are holding a specific item. However, for Pokemon that need to be traded while holding an item to evolve, they will evolve if they are holding that item at level 30 or above. Pokemon that simply need to be traded to evolve will evolve at level 30.
Pokemon that evolve by gaining happiness will have a happiness meter attached. The meter will go up to 100, and once the Pokemon receives 100 happiness points it will evolve.
Eevee will evolve into Umbreon with a Moon Stone and into Espeon with a Sun Stone. They will also evolve if they have a full happiness meter. If it is night in the roleplay, then it will evolve into Umbreon, and if it is day it will evolve into Espeon.
Eevee can also evolve into Leafeon or Glaceon. It will evolve into Leafeon at a certain place in the very heart of Camsakell Forest, and into Glaceon at the very tip of Mount Homorgina, just outside Geo Village.
When Nincada evolves, as long as your character has an empty Pokeball they will receive Shedinja. If they do not have an empty Pokeball, they will not receive Shedinja.
When a Character's Pokemon is ready to evolve, a mod will let you know. That way you can decide if you would like the Pokemon to evolve or not. Every subsequent level the Pokemon gains will offer you another chance to evolve it (if you did not already), unless you make the Pokemon hold an everstone, in which case it will not be able to evolve until the stone is removed.
To post a Pokemon's sprite, you no longer have to go and find the link to the image. All you need to do is put the Pokemon's name in brackets, adding an m for male and f for female, and an s for shiny. You MUST spell them right for it to work!
Example:
[li][ bulbasaurm ] (male bulbasaur)=
[/li][li][ ivysaurfs ] (shiny female ivysaur)=
[/li][/ul]
Note- Not finished adding sprites yet, so for now you still need to get the code!!!!!

Okay, so maybe this was the longest of the rules... I really do not know. However, you still need the secret word. It is socks!. Do not forget to add it to the spot of your character profile that requires it, after the word from the Battle Rules. Also do not forget to put the exclamation point on the end of it! So, I hope that you have read all of the rules, because if you did not bad things might happen..... Have a nice day![/center]
