[/glow][/color]Well now, we decided to start a few days early to give you all more time to participate. We decided to have a huge secret santa among the site members. The catch is, it's a SECRET santa... therefore, the senders of gifts will be anonymous.
There will be three Delibird among the site (Three accounts made for delivering gifts). You will send you gifts to one of these delibird with an 'address' (Person you are sending to), and they will deliver it, anonymously.
As a note, this is NOT a giveaway, but an event to celebrate the spirit of giving. You must use your own Eggs, items, Pokemon, etc. to send to people. You can not make any roleplay related item pop out of thin air, you have to have legitely obtained it in order to send it as a gift.
However, gifts do NOT have to be just for the roleplay. You may make a picture, letter, sprite, etc. as long as you leave a note that it is not an item, Pokemon or anything else that can be used in the roleplay. This way, even newer members may scrape something up to give to others.
Although since the person operating the Delibird accounts must also recieve gifts anonymously, which means Ashley, Neko and Anidra. So if you wanted to give a gift to Ashley (We all know she'll be bombarded), you must send it to one of the other Delibird accounts (Dra or Neko), who will send it to her main account (not the Delibird Account). Same goes for Neko and Anidra.
The best part of this is... you may 'gift wrap' Pokemon (even those yet to hatch) as you send them. If you remember Ashley's Christmas Giveaway, it's like that, except you turn normal Pokemon (even those not yet to hatch) into pallete Pokemon. These Pokemon have NO special abilities, strengths, etc. and are JUST for show and the holiday spirit. To request one of your Pokemon (even those who havn't hatched) to be Gift Wrapped, simply add a note right below the gift with what pallete you wish to wrap it in.
Even if the spriter (Ash, Neko or Dra) of the pallete is the reciever, when you send it to one of the Delibirds, they will tell the creator of the pallete to make the requested wrapping, and won't exactly know who gave them a gift in their own pallete. So don't worry to much on that.
Note: Ashley and I each have our versions of the same idea. They are not the same palletes. We may add or remove palletes as we deem necessary.
Note2: Though Special Status Pokemon CAN be gift-wrapped... the results will be different, and not all palletes can be used on them (in order to keep the status clear.) Palletes that can be used with them are marked with a ~ (Not sure how many of Ashley's would work... so I guessed! DUN MAUL ME!)
EDIT: It turns out all but one pallete can be used on Special Status Pokemon... oh well xD
